Posts: 116 05/31/07 3:02 PM Junior Angel	Tags : None Okay ladies I think we might've found "the one" it's a beautiful 2 bdrm 1 bath, huge back yard, house that someone started fixing up (carpet, counter tops, cabinentry), and then either ran out of money, time or both. All that is really left is the kitchen and bath, and then some deep cleaning here and there. Take at look at this link from the Realtor on the property and tell me what you think, oh yea and the $21,000 price tag isn't too shabby either! MY BEAUTIFUL HOME

And at $21,000 that makes it easier to put more money into the house since you aren't putting up a ton to get it! I think if you have the time, money (or even the talent, costs less if you can do stuff yourself), and the desire, that you could really do something with the place! Oh and if your man does want to do some of the work himself on it, make sure he COMPLETES a project before starting another one. Or you will end with a bunch of half done projects like around here. Right now, I have half my kitchen floor tiled. The other half is plain ole concrete. Although I must say, the tiled half does look nice. LOL!! And I won't even go into the details of my second bathroom (the one he took apart and still hasn't put back together!)!! LOL!! I wish you the best of luck with it all! I know it is EXCITING!!! Posts: 116 06/02/07 11:45 AM Junior Angel	Well a lot of what needs to be done is the bathroom and kitchen. (the bathroom just needs a new tub installed, the walls painted, and a new toilet and the kitchen new flooring, a refrigerator, stove, and some other adds and ends.) I know the flooring we can handle, and have installed, so basically to tell you the answer lol...........whatever Joey, Dad, and I can do, we will everything else we will need to get done we can contract out but honestly there isn't THAT much to do outside of the bath and kitchen.
